OPTIBAR 5060 eDP
The OPTIBAR 5060 eDP is a dual pressure transmitter version for electronic differential pressure measurement. It is particularly suitable for level, density and DP applications with closed vessels as well as density compensated level measurement in open tanks and tanks vented to atmospheric pressure. In some applications electronic differential pressure measurement can be an alternative to the use of classical differential pressure transmitters. The main advantage of an eDP transmitter is its cost-efficient connection to the vessel. Smaller process connections without capillaries with a maximum distance of up to 70 m / 230 ft between the top and the bottom tap save cost and installation time. The electronic DP measurement loses its edge over a classical DP measurement in applications at higher gas pressures for which the classical differential pressure transmitters OPTIBAR DP 7060 or OPTIBAR DP 3050 are most suitable.
OPTIBAR DP 7060
The OPTIBAR DP 7060 is a differential pressure transmitter with integrated absolute pressure measurement. It offers a high degree of modularity for various flow, hydrostatic level or process pressure applications. For DP flow measurements it can be perfectly combined with the KROHNE primary elements (e.g. orifice plates or pitot tubes). Equipped with diaphragm seals, it is the right choice for hydrostatic level, interface, density or demanding DP process applications. Featuring a quick response time of just 125 ms, the DP transmitter offers high accuracy and measurement stability under all process conditions.
OPTIBAR DP 3050
The OPTIBAR DP 3050 is a differential pressure transmitter with integrated absolute pressure measurement. It is the ideal choice for general flow, level and differential pressure applications. The DP transmitter is currently the most compact pressure transmitter in the market – worldwide. This makes it particularly suitable for space-saving installation in applications with limited space, e.g. in mechanical and technical plant engineering. The compact DP transmitter features the proven-in-use DP transmitter technology of the OPTIBAR series, but comes without the high-end options of the more advanced OPTIBAR DP 7060. This way, the OPTIBAR DP 3050 is also one of the most cost-effective DP pressure transmitters in the market. For DP flow measurements it can be perfectly combined with KROHNE primary flow elements. Equipped with diaphragm seals, it is the right choice for hydrostatic level and general purpose DP measurements.

Electronic differential pressure Deltabar FMD72
The electronic dp Deltabar FMD72 is a differential pressure system, used to measure the pressure, level, volume or mass of liquids in pressurized tanks or distillation columns/evaporators. The high pressure sensor (HP) measures the hydrostatic pressure. The low pressure sensor (LP) measures the head pressure. The level is calculated in the transmitter using these two digital values. The electronic dp system eliminates issues of traditional differential pressure measurements.
