The VA Master FAM540 flowmeter can be utilized for measuring the flow of liquids, steam and gases, especially when aggressive or opaque fluids are to be metered. It is ideal for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries.
The FAM3200 is an armored purgemeter designed to meter small gas and liquid flows. This meter is especially suited for applications with cloudy, opaque or aggressive fluids in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, gas analyzers, process systems, well systems and wherever glass metering tubes cannot be used for safety reasons.
The wide variety of float weights and meter tubes allows the glass tube flowmeter FGM1190 to be matched exactly to the required flow range. The three ribs, parallel to the center axis of the meter tube, guide the float over the entire flow range. This enables a high degree of reproducibility because the float is absolutely centered in the meter tube.
The V/A Master meter is a glass tube variable area flowmeter providing visual indication of flow rate over a 12-1/2 to 1 range on a linear scale. Meter seals are either O-ring or packing gland to suit the application. The glass tube can easily be removed for range change or for cleaning. Meters are available with optional one or two bi-stable alarms systems.
