SmartLine ST800 Absolute Pressure Transmitters are available in two variants – In-line and Single Head – in the following ranges:
STA822/STA82L 0 to 780 mmHga 0 to 1,040 mbara
STA840/STA84L 0 to 500 psia 0 to 35 bara
STA87L 0 to 3000 psia 0-207 bara
Uses piezoresistive sensor technology for very high precision.
On-chip compensation for static pressure and temperature → improves stability and accuracy across varying process conditions.
Standard accuracy: up to 0.035% of span; optional version: 0.025% of span.
Long-term stability: up to 0.01% of URL (Upper Range Limit) per year over many years.
Very high rangeability: up to 400:1, making it extremely flexible for different span settings.
Fast response: as low as 90 ms.
Damping / filtering typically configurable to smooth the output.
Several model options covering a wide span:
STD810: –10 to +10 inH₂O (–25 to +25 mbar)
STD815: –100 to +100 inH₂O (–249 to +249 mbar)
STD820: –400 to +400 inH₂O (–996 to +996 mbar)
STD830: –100 to +100 psi (–6.9 to +6.9 bar)
STD870: –3,000 to +3,000 psi (–207 to +207 bar)
Analog output: 4–20 mA.
Digital protocols: HART (v7), Honeywell Digitally Enhanced (DE), FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus supported.
External zero, span, and other configuration (via external buttons or device manager).
Optional local display: alphanumeric LCD or graphical LCD (both modular).
Display orientation can be adjusted (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) for best viewing.
On-board diagnostics for health monitoring (status checks, self‑tests).
Integral dual-seal design for safety (meet ANSI/NFPA 70-202 and ISA 12.27.0 standards).
