EJXC80A, EJAC80E Differential / Gauge Pressure Diaphragm Seal System

Diaphragm Seal System consists of gauge pressure or differential pressure transmitter with one or two diaphragm seal. Suitable for various kinds of pressure measurement.

Diaphragm Seal System can provide the solution. For measurement of:

  • high/low temperature fluids
  • highly corrosive/high viscosity fluids
  • the fluids which may cause clogging of impulse piping in the low temperature
  • toxic fluids

Silicone oil (mediumhigh temp) — code G: –40 … +210 °C, ambient –40 … +85 °C.

Silicone oil (lowtemperature) — code F: –70 … +100 °C, ambient –40 … +85 °C.

Fluorinated oil — code D: –20 … +120 °C, ambient –20 … +80 °C.

Ethylene glycol — code E: –50 … +100 °C.

Propylene glycol — code P: –10 … +120 °C.

Specific Gravity of Fill Fluids

Varies by fluid: ~1.07 (silicone A), ~0.94 (silicone G), ~0.88 (silicone F), ~1.90 (fluorinated).
