Vortex flowmeter VortexMaster FSV430

VortexMaster FSV430 is the basic meter for volume flow applications. Available in flange-mount and wafer-type designs, VortexMaster FSV430 uses a two-wire transmitter with leading edge DSP-technology with excellent vibration compensation. Intuitive operation directly through the glass makes the FSV430 incredibly user-friendly.

VortexMaster flowmeters accurately measure the flow of gases, liquids and steam over a wide range of temperatures. Vortex meters are ideal for use on all kinds of gases, low viscose liquids, and demineralized water, and they are ideal for direct, cost-effective steam mass flow measurement. VortexMaster FSV430 is available with multiple communication protocols, such as

  • 4 to 20mA / HART 7,
  • Modbus TCP and Profinet via Ethernet -APL,
  • Modbus RTU, Profibus PA and FOUNDATION Fieldbus.

Optionally available:

  • Smart HMI with backlight and bluetooth functionality for easy meter set up (Ethernet APL-device only)
  • Integrated RTD for temperature compensation and saturated steam mass flow calculation
  • Digital outputs for pulses, frequency and alarm signalization
  • Remote transmitter with up to 30m (98 ft.) cable length
  • Stainless steel transmitter housings
