SmartLine ST800 Absolute Pressure Transmitters are available in two variants – In-line and Single Head – in the following ranges:
STA822/STA82L 0 to 780 mmHga 0 to 1,040 mbara
STA840/STA84L 0 to 500 psia 0 to 35 bara
STA87L 0 to 3000 psia 0-207 bara
High-performance piezoresistive sensor.
On-chip compensation for static pressure and temperature, which improves measurement accuracy and stability.
Accuracy: up to 0.0375% of span (standard), with 0.025% optional.
Long-term stability: up to 0.01% of full scale (URL) per year, up to a 15‑year specification.
Rangeability (turndown): 100:1.
Fast response time: as low as 80 ms.
4‑20 mA analog output.
Digital protocols: HART v7, Honeywell Digitally Enhanced (DE), FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus.
External zero/span/configuration via accessible buttons or with a handheld / software.
Polarity-insensitive electrical connections for easy and safe wiring.
Integrated diagnostics (on‑board) to monitor health, faults, and performance.
Dual-seal design for high safety (meets ANSI/NFPA 70‑202 and ISA 12.27.0).
Functional safety capable: SIL 2 / SIL 3.
Option for Plugged Impulse Line Detection (PILD) to detect blocked pressure paths.

Fill fluid options: Silicone 200, CTFE, Silicone 704.
Process connection: ½″ NPT internal or other variants depending on model.
Housing: Powder-coated low-copper aluminum (IP66 / IP67); optional stainless-steel.
Supports modular display options: alphanumeric LCD or full graphic LCD.
Display orientation is adjustable: 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° for flexible mounting.
Languages supported on display (configurable), and ability to display engineering units, trends, health status, etc.
Modular design → electronics, meter-body, and display are field-replaceable.
