The ST700 Flange Mount Pressure Transmitters are ideal for critical applications such as natural gas custody transfer and energy and material balances, where accuracy and stability are of utmost importance.
Designed for direct flange mounting — the transmitter can be installed directly onto a tank flange.
Available in a variety of flange and diaphragm configurations: flush or extended diaphragm.
Uses piezoresistive sensing with on‑chip temperature compensation, ensuring high accuracy & stability.
Automatic compensation for static pressure and temperature.
Standard accuracy: up to 0.05% of span; optional versions down to 0.04%.
Very good long-term stability: around 0.015–0.02% of URL per year (depending on model).
Rangeability / Turndown
Rangeability up to 100:1, making the STF700 flexible for many process ranges.
Fast response — as low as ~ 90 ms (some specs say 100 ms) depending on model.
Barrier diaphragm materials: 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400 available.
Process head materials: 316 SS, carbon steel, Hastelloy, Monel.
Fill fluids: silicone 200, CTFE, NEOBEE M‑20, or silicone 704 depending on temperature / media.
Gasket / seal materials: 316/316L SS, Hastelloy C-276, Monel; housing gasket options include PTFE, Viton, graphite.
Integral dual-seal design — conforms to ANSI/NFPA 70-202 and ISA 12.27.0 for safety.
On‑board diagnostics to monitor health, over-pressure, temperature, etc.
