Differential Pressure Transmitter – SmartLine STD700

SmartLine®​ ST700 Differential Pressure Transmitters bring smart technology to a wide spectrum of measurement applications ranging from furnace combustion airflow rate to hydrostatic tank gauging.

ST700 Differential Pressure Transmitters are ideal for critical process loops and high-value applications such as custody transfer, and energy and material balances. Six models are available with variety of ranges.

Measurement Technology

Uses piezoresistive sensor technology.

Onchip compensation for static pressure and temperature to improve accuracy and stability.

Accuracy & Stability

Standard accuracy: 0.05% of span, with optional 0.04% span versions.

Very good long-term stability: up to 0.02% of URL per year (10year spec).

Range / Turndown

Rangeability (turndown) of up to 100:1.

Multiple pressure range models available: for example:

STD720 / STD725: –400 to +400 inH₂O (or –1000 to +1000 mbar)

STD730 / STD735: –100 to +100 psi (–7.0 to +7.0 bar)

STD770 / STD775: –3000 to +3000 psi (–210 to +210 bar)

Dynamic Performance

Response time as fast as 100 ms.

Adjustable damping / filtering (user can configure to smooth signal) via configuration.

Onboard diagnostics for device health monitoring.

Dual-seal design for safety, meeting ANSI/NFPA 70202 and ISA 12.27.0 standards.
