VersaFlow Coriolis Flowmeter

A market leading process measurement device, the VersaFlow Coriolis Mass Flow meter focuses on providing precise mass flow, volumetric flow, density, temperature and concentration information to users to optimize productivity.

Honeywell offers four versions of the VersaFlow Coriolis Mass Flow sensor: Coriolis 6000, Coriolis 100, Coriolis 1000 and Coriolis 200, addressing users’ needs ranging from small to large line sizes. Available in bent tube and straight tube desgns, these cater from the simplest to the most demanding applications. Combined with TWC9400 converter, VersaFlow Coriolis meters are capable of Entrained Gas Measurement(EGM).

Two-phase flow diagnostics (NE107)

Detects and reports gas entrainment and two-phase fluid conditions.

Several sensor series

Available in VersaFlow Coriolis 100, 200, 1000, and 6000 series for different process needs.

High flow capacity

Series 200 supports very high flow rates (industrial bulk flows).

Material options

Available in stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, or tantalum depending on application.

Cryogenic and high-temperature capability

VersaFlow 6000 series designed for LNG and extreme temperature processes.

Optional accessories

Heating jacket, purge ports, and enhanced pressure containment.

Hazardous-area certifications

Features

  • Direct mass flow and density measurement-Measures mass flow, density, temperature, and derived parameters such as volume and concentration.
  • Multi-parameter measurement-One device can output mass flow, volumetric flow, density, temperature, and solids content.
  • Straight or bent tube designs-Both straight-tube and curved-tube options are available.
  • Wide pressure and temperature range-Suitable for extreme temperatures (including cryogenic) and high-pressure applications (depending on model).
  • High zero stability-Ensures reliable low-flow measurement and stable zero point.
  • Low pressure loss-Optimized flow divider design minimizes pressure drop.
  • No need for flow conditioning-Works without long straight pipe runs before or after the meter.
  • Low maintenance-Self-draining design and corrosion-resistant materials reduce service requirements.
  • Gas entrainment immunity-Maintains stable measurements even with up to 100% gas entrainment (with TWC9400 transmitter).
  • Modular electronics-Electronics and sensor can be replaced independently.
  • Crosstalk immunity-Resistant to external mechanical vibrations and interference.
  • Compact design-Suitable for tight installations.
  • Adaptive Sensor Technology-Adjusts automatically to process and environmental changes.
