Scalable Pressure, Level and Flow Measurement Platform

Advanced Diagnostics

Advanced Diagnostics offer continual process and electrical loop monitoring to help ensure the integrity and safety of your process environments. Process Intelligence technology monitors for abnormal conditions in the process and equipment, and the Plugged Impulse Line diagnostic detects issues with the process connection. In addition to process and connection monitoring, Loop Integrity technology alerts you to problems with the performance of the electrical loop. This device is also safety certified to IEC61508.

High Pressure Measurement

High Pressure capabilities deliver accurate process information in the harshest conditions. Transmitters are capable of withstanding static pressures up to 15000 psi (1034 bar) while the patented coplanar design reduces weight by up to 60%. The all-welded hermetic stainless steel design protects sensor electronics from moisture and field contaminants for the industry’s highest field reliability and performance.

MultiVariable Measurement

MultiVariableTransmitters measure differential and static pressure and temperature in a single device, reducing installation and maintenance costs. Instruments provide dependable flow measurements for air, steam and liquid service and can be ordered pre-assembled to a variety of primary elements. Ultra for Flow performance class delivers no-equal accuracy for fully-compensated mass flow calculations.

Electronic Remote Sensor

Electronic Remote Sensor (ERS™) Systems provide DP Level measurements by calculating differential pressure from individual pressure readings. This solution eliminates the need for long capillaries and heat tracing, reducing response time by up to 90%. The sensor system is synchronized for DP calculation, easily connects with cable, and can be independently installed and serviced for simple installation and maintenance.

Wireless Technology

With Wireless Technology, you can add new measurement points easily and cost-effectively in many areas of the plant including those that were previously inaccessible. Gaining additional information allows you to better optimize your process and reduce personnel exposure to hazardous environments. Get coverage over larger areas with long-range communication options up to 1 km (2/3 mi) between devices.

Remote Display

The Remote Display facilitates at-grade transmitter viewing for challenging process locations. This feature allows you to follow installation best practices, such as eliminating long impulse lines, while maintaining safe access to the display.
