Micropilot FMR60B – 80 GHz radar sensor

Micropilot FMR60B is part of the new generation of 80 GHz radar sensors. It is used for continuous non-contact level measurement in simple liquid applications with small process connections. Wizards guide users through commissioning, proof tests and verification of the devices and thus guarantee a simple operation. Heartbeat Technology offers verification and monitoring functions to identify anomalies for more safety and increased productivity.


Micropilot FMR60B is suitable for free-space applications up to 50m and offers high beam focusing for vessels with many internal fittings. Process connections: Threads and flanges. Temperature: –40 to +200 °C (-40 to 392° F). Pressure: –1 bis +20 bar (-14.5 to +290 psi). Maximum measuring range: 50 m (164 ft). Accuracy: ±1 mm (0.04 in). W-band: 80 GHz. International explosion protection certificates, overfill prevention WHG, SIL, marine approval, 5- or 10-point factory calibration certificate
